DESCRIPTION
Die cut signs are made from embossed recycled aluminum and can be designed in any shape up to 30″ x 40″. These metal signs are die cut to the outline of your artwork. Custom shapes require a tool charge that varies based upon the details, size and shape of your sign.
Each die cut sign is custom made based upon your artwork. We provide templates for common signs to assist with creating your artwork. The templates show the location of the holes for mounting. Be mindful not to have important aspects of your artwork overlap the holes. When creating your proof, we will indicate where the mounting holes are located.
Die cut signs are an ideal promotional item for sports teams, college clubs and athletics as well as restaurants and bars. You can customize the sign for your special event or highlight your product or brand. The outline of the sign can be made in a familiar shape. We can emboss the sign as needed. The only limit is your imagination.

Die cut metal signs can be embossed die cut to any shape you specify. Our manufacturing capacity allows us to print using spot color or 4-color process. Artwork requirements are different based upon the type of printing your job requires. Embossing different areas of the sign will further enhance the signs unique features. The embossing can accent your brand or product.
Order a free proof to make sure the sign will look just as want. Please include a 1/4“ bleed for your image to allow for the cut area.
Most signs have an embossed border (1/4” from the edge of plate). This helps to provide rigidity.
