Our products are proudly MADE IN THE USA.

Metal signs and plates are made from recycled aluminum material.

To order metal signs: Send an email with the following information:

  • Your company name, shipping address, billing address and telephone number.
  • Provide our item number(s) and order quantity.
  • Attach camera ready artwork.  Learn about artwork.
  • Provide PMS colors for background and artwork.

Overruns and underruns: All orders are subject to 5% over or under run.

Exact run charge: Please add 5% to the cost of your order for exact quantity to be shipped. No exceptions.

Thickness: Standard designs, custom plates and signs are produced on .024” thickness aluminum. .032” thickness aluminum is available for auto license plates in white background only. Add $0.35 each for .032 thickness, regardless of quantity ordered. All copy and a standard border will be embossed.

Standard production time: Approximately 4-6 weeks after proof has been approved. FOR RUSH SERVICE: The lead time is approximately ten working days after proof approval and payment received. Email for current production schedule and rush charge.

Prices: All prices are USD and FOB 30084 (GA). Products with different copy may not be grouped for combined quantity prince. For quantities falling between pricing breaks, use smaller quantity pricing. Returned check charge is $50.

Quotes:  It can take up to 48 hours to process a request for a quote for a custom shape. Quotes for in stock products are usually provided the same day.

Proofs: Paper proofs are $20.00 and mailed.  Faxed proofs are $10.00.  First proof is emailed for free.  Additional e-mailed proofs for same order are $10.00. Proofs must be ordered for orders requiring copyright or trademark licensor approval.

Artwork: No artwork charge if supplied with color separated, professional, computer ready artwork. There is an artwork charge for artwork that we have to create. We can also refer you to a independent graphic artist.

Colors: Standard pricing includes your choice of one standard background color and one printing color. Add an extra charge for each additional color. Send an email for pricing when you have multiple printing colors. Add $0.05 per item for halftones. Most PMS (Pantone Matching System ) colors are available. We will try to match the PMS colors as closely as possible, but not guaranteed.

Reverse-out: Print background colors other than standard background colors to within 1/4” of edge of plate.

Bylines: Add $0.05 per item.

Payment Terms:  Terms are prepaid.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, company check, direct deposit and PayPal. Credit card and PayPal payments incur a processing fee of 3%. Please complete a Credit Card Authorization Form for credit card payment.

Packaging: See product specifications for packaging options. Some designs include individual shrink wrapping.

Shipping: See product information for shipping weights. We ship using the least expensive method unless other wise directed. Sorry, no COD shipments permitted. Please send us an email to request a shipping quote. We can also ship using your account number. Please provide the account number when ordering.

Drop shipments: Orders shipped to more than one destination will incur a $5.00 drop ship charge after the first shipment.

Split shipments: No split shipments on orders less than 5,000 plates. Orders can be held up to 6 months free of charge, but the entire order must be prepaid.

Delayed shipments: If held over sixty days, orders will be billed at the price that applies at time of shipment.

Cancellations: Orders are considered firm and cannot be canceled without approval from our management. Any art and production costs incurred to that point will be invoiced accordingly.

Changes to orders: All changes to orders must be requested in writing and will be acknowledged by authorization from our company. Increases in orders will be treated as separate orders unless notification is received prior to production of original order.

Order issues: Any order discrepancies must be reported within 30 days from receipt.

Trademarks: Customers must obtain proper authorization to use any and all trademarks presented to us for reproduction. We assume no liability for any disputes arising out of any unauthorized use of trademarks presented to us for reproduction.

UPC / licensed product label: A licensed product or UPC label can be affixed to each product. Please send an email for pricing.

*Illustrations of logo, trademarks or designs on products on our web site do not necessarily imply endorsement of those products. They merely showcase our manufacturing capabilities.

**Royalty items, which our company is allowed to produce, will incur a surcharge. Send us an email to request the royalty surcharge percentage. Proof of license or Trademark License Indemnity Agreement must be presented to our company for any exceptions to surcharge.
