DESCRIPTION

Large Bottle Cap Signs are very eye catching and great for advertising your business or promoting your brand. Our custom bottle cap signs are manufactured from .024” recycled aluminum.  Each personalized bottle cap sign includes two holes and premask. The signs are available with spot colors or 4-color process printing. Full bleed option available at no additional cost. Bottle Cap Signs are popular for zoos, amusement parks, museums, schools and universities. Drink manufacturers provide them as promotional signs and restaurants hang them on their walls.

• Production time: The standard lead time is 4-6 weeks after the proof has been approved. FOR RUSH SERVICE: The lead time is approximately 10 working days after proof approval and payment received. Send an email for current production schedule and rush charge.
• Shipping: 104 lbs. per hundred FOB 30084 (GA).
• Halftones:  Add $0.05 for halftones per plate.
• Base price includes: Choice of one standard background color, one imprint color, premask and two holes.
• Material: Manufactured from .024” recycled aluminum.
• Full Bleed option is available at no additional charge for 4 color process and spot color(s) printing.
• 4-Color Process pricing is for white background. Please send an email for 4-Color Process pricing on additional background colors if required.

Embossing not included. If you want embossing, please send an email for a quote that includes embossing.

When using a standard background color other than white, an additional color charge may be required for applying a white underlay below certain Pantone colors. This white underlay helps to preserve the top color from being affected by the color of the background.
